REAL JAPANESE FACE TAPE BY NATURAL FACE BIBLE

This tape is designed to mimic the skin's elasticity. When applied correctly, it lifts the skin and decompresses receptors, blood & lymph vessels, allowing better microcirculation, nerve interactions, fascia support, improved lymph flow, helping cleanse inflammation, reduce pain, muscles tension and tissues functions including faster skin cells regeneration. All that helps to smooth out fine lines and wrinkles, reduce puffiness, ease discomfort or pains associated with muscle tension, inflammation, TMJ, tension headaches and more. HOW TO USE CORRECTLY: 

Clean skin. Can pre-shave the area of application, especially the side of the face if facial hair is a concern

Tape is applied for 2-8 hours, can use overnight. Might need to avoid mid face applications if you sleep on side or stomach. Not recommended to do more than 2 applications at a time. Use tape few times week to allow a day or two in between use to let tissues rest.

Prep the area you are planning to use tape on with a moisturizer

Wait around 10 -20 min for skincare to absorb (might need to avoid oils)

Tape is applied UN-STRETCHED to the pre-extended muscle or skin parts area.

Rub the tape to activate the adhesive.

Remove tape with care slowly in the direction of hair growth by supporting skin with opposite hand or by wetting tape and then removing slowly

PATCH test prior use and start with simple applications (forehead area) before moving on to face and neck

PATCH test several times on neck or chest for an hour, then two-three as neck/chest skin is a lot more sensitive that face skin for most and full taping to be done only after thorough testing. Get familiar with face applications before moving on to neck or chest.
